In
July 1995, God gave a VISION to Barry and Bonnie to pursue the travel industry.
In September 1995, this VISION became a reality and VISION TRAVEL was founded.
Since opening in September, God has truly blessed VISION TRAVEL. In April of 2003, VISION TRAVEL was sold to Kathryn Pearson and VISION TRAVEL, Inc. was formed. Vision Travel was purchased by Mary Jo Bachelor and Shirley Curry in December 2005. VISION TRAVEL, Inc. still holds true to the same vision that Barry and Bonnie received back in 1995. Being a Christian Travel Agency, our desire is to see the gospel of Jesus Christ spread throughout the world as commissioned in Matthew 28:19-20. We see the cost of travel sometimes prohibits people from fulfulling their commission. Whether for one person or a large group, we at VISION TRAVEL, Inc. will work hard to find the lowest airfare possible. Whether to London or remote places of the world such as Lucknow, India, we want to help make it possible for the whole world to hear about Jesus. We work with several different consolidators which give us very good prices on international travel. We may not be familiar with the place you are going, however, we will find out and quote you a very reasonable fare. It will be up to you, the passenger or coordinator of the trip, to find out the necessary documents and shots you will need for travel, however, we can assist in finding out that information for you. Another ministry of VISION TRAVEL, Inc. is networking. Because of the nature of our business, we are often much aware of needs in the mission field. Some of these needs are ministry teams, construction teams and children's ministry. Our contacts with churches and other mininstries put us in a position to possibly link these needs together. If you feel as though you might have a need for a team or you feel called to be a part of a team, please contact us. We at VISION TRAVEL, Inc. will see what God will do.
